About the Workshop

Perimenopause is often misunderstood, rarely explained, and almost never discussed with the respect it deserves.

Often referred to as a “second puberty” or “second spring,” this stage of life brings hormonal shifts, changing cycles, and deep emotional and psychological transformation. For many women, it can feel confusing, overwhelming, or isolating.

This workshop is designed for women 35+ who may be asking:
“What the heck is happening to me?”

Together, we’ll explore what this transition really means and how to move through it with knowledge, support, and compassion.

What You’ll Learn

In this workshop, you will:

  • Gain a clear understanding of hormonal and physiological changes

  • Normalize the emotional and mental shifts that can arise

  • Learn what to expect through the stages of perimenopause

  • Explore practical tools to support your health and wellbeing

  • Engage in open, honest conversations with other women

  • Begin to reframe this time as a meaningful and powerful life transition
