About the event

Join speaker Jen Kennett as she explores what it means to lead and live with truth, courage, and connection in a world that often values perfection and performance. In this 90-minute interactive session, we’ll reflect on the power of vulnerability and how it builds authentic personal and professional relationships. Inspired by the work of Brené Brown, we’ll explore courage, connection, and the value of setting healthy boundaries—especially for women.

Participants will take part in reflective exercises and group discussions aimed at fostering self-compassion, peer support, and meaningful connection.

Jen brings experience in human resources and nonprofit leadership, driven by her passion for helping people grow and succeed. A lifelong Wood Buffalo resident, she lives with her husband, two daughters, dog Penny, and a lively collection of cats.
