About the event
We will embark on a magickal journey of the heart as we partake in a ceremonial cacao experience.
After sharing in the medicine of the sacred cacao drink, you will be guided through an immersive, meditative journey that will take you to your own sacred heart space. A time of reflection and intention setting.
After the meditation we will finish our time together with some light movement to help our bodies process and release any energy that came up during your meditative journey. IMPORTANT :
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring anything you may need to be extra cozy and comfortable. You will have the option to sit or lay down during the meditation portion of the evening. Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided but if you would like to bring your own, you are welcome to.
